What we do
Stain and discoloration removal
Water staining, efflorescence, rust bleed, organic growth, form-release ghosting.
Polishing and honing
Exposed aggregate and polished slabs re-cut, densified and finished to a specified gloss.
Patch repair and color matching
Spalls, chips, tie-holes and cold joints filled and toned to the surrounding pour.
Protection and site consultation
Sealer selection, mock-ups and finish reviews during construction, before damage sets.

We are a small team of artists with decades of specialty finish and restoration experience.
Founded in 2010 by Liz Dennis, Decorative Restoration is a team of artists & restoration specialists dedicated to the preservation, renewal, and enhancement of the built environment. We specialize in concrete restoration, rehabilitation, and decorative finishes for private residences, commercial and mixed-use structures.
Drawing upon decades of experience, and guided by a deep respect for materials, artistic vision, and history, our team approaches each project as a balance of preservation and transformation.
We are committed to solutions that protect architectural integrity, enhance aesthetic value, and ensure long-term resilience. By combining technical excellence with a philosophy of stewardship and collaboration, Decorative Restoration helps safeguard the artistry, character, and performance of the structures entrusted to our care. Repairs are done with cement patching compound and mineral silicate glazes created specifically for plaster, concrete, brick and stone surfaces. Licensed and bonded.
